Just posting here so no one thinks that I've fallen off this big blue marble.
Not much at all to report. Nothing from the tx center and this gets to be a bit disheartening as it's been almost a year now since they have called with any potential offers.
My next kidney doctor appt. is June 13th.
People are constantly asking me how I am feeling these days and it's pretty much the same story each day to varying degrees. Most of the nasty symptoms are listed here.
But not all is lost - my skin is the same as it ever was. There's no funky Michael Jackson-ish stuff happening.
So that's about it for now. I really do appreciate all of you checking in here.
Thanks so much.
I'll keep you posted.
There are obvious differences between you and this story, I don't need to point them out. But think about the idea of preventative care or at least giving you and your loved ones every chance to succeed. You have mentioned "quality of life" why short change yourself and think hey may as well make the best of it while I have it. You still can but do everything to extend it, help your body out give get on dialysis.
ReplyDeleteSeriously take a read, although im sure you've already heard the story on every news outlet.

Life comes with many challenges. The ones that should not scare us are the ones we can take on and take control of.
